Bob has been a consistent multi-million dollar producer in Cook County Real Estate sales since 1999 selling a lot of homes and a lot of land.   He loves nothing more than getting out into the woods to list or sell a piece of land (with or without a house) and he's extremely knowledgeable about the intricacies involved with selling land.  He is the best in the business when it comes to navigating through county requirements for building and subdividing.  He's handy with a compass and can help you find the corners! He will help you work with builders, subcontractors, septic contractors, well drillers and surveyors when needed.

Bob moved to Grand Marais from St. Paul after enjoying a rewarding career in the car business as General Manager of Bob Carter Ford. Bob is extremely active in his community, taking a strong leadership role at the community radio station, WTIP, as a regular broadcaster on the "Roadhouse" and "AM Community Calendar" as well as moderating special events such as the political forums. He is also active at the Grand Marais Playhouse, where he has pleased theatre goers by playing many roles, both large and small. Bob always puts his customers first, and frequently they become friends! Bob enjoys living in the woods with partner Helen, their dog and cat. They enjoy, hiking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, biking, canoeing, and spending time with family, friends and neighbors!
